OUR Mission
OUR Homeless serves to unify the faith-based community and local service providers to help eliminate
homelessness in the west end of San Bernardino County.

OUR Vision
OUR Homeless facilitates faith-based community connections, collaboration, coordination and partnerships
with community organizations assisting the homeless and committed to providing solutions to help
eliminate homelessness.

OUR Strategic Objectives

  1. Work in Collaboration: Facilitate a collaborative network connecting faith-based
    and community-based organizations working together to address homeless issues and to help end
    homelessness in the west end of San Bernardino County.
  2. Affordable Housing Initiatives: Promote, create, and support traditional and
    innovative solutions for affordable housing opportunities for homeless individuals and families and
    those at-risk of homelessness.
  3. Resource Generation: Help identify and generate funding and other resources
    that support housing readiness and stability for homeless individuals and families and those at-risk
    of homelessness along with the organizations that serve them.
  4. Build a Movement: Mobilize a community-wide movement to end homelessness on
    the west end of San Bernardino County through outreach, awareness, education and activism.
